Dance Magic
Dance Magic is a unique class only available at Dance Mount Isa that includes a FUN mix of ballet, jazz/funk, and creative dance that inspires happier and more confident kids!
Cheer Dance
Cheer Dance is an exciting blend of Jazz/Funk dance and cheerleading. At Dance Mount Isa, we combine the best of both worlds to create a unique and fun dance experience.
Tap Dance
Get ready to make some noise and put a smile on your child’s face with Tap Dance classes! Tap dance is an expressive dance style that’s all about creating music with your feet.
Jazz/Funk
Jazz/Funk is the ultimate fusion of high-energy Hip Hop, funk dance, and jazz dance technique. At Dance Mount Isa, we fuse these styles into an unforgettable and fun dance experience.
Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a dynamic and expressive style that challenges dancers to embrace their individuality. Students will discover the beauty of movement and storytelling.
LOCATION
All classes at Dance Mount Isa are held at the Salvation Army Hall, corner of West & Helen Streets in Mount Isa (across the road from the fire station).
2025 TERM DATES
Term 1: Monday 3rd Feb – Saturday 29 March
Term 2: Monday 28th April – Saturday 28th June (no classes on public holiday 5th May or Mount Isa Show weekend, 20-22 June). Tuesday & Wednesday classes finish 18th June.
Term 3: Monday 14th July – Saturday 13th September (no classes rodeo week 4-10 August)
Term 4: Tuesday 7th October – Saturday 6th December (no classes 21-25 October due to concert)
Concert: Saturday 25th October
